The careful selection and care of raw materials is, as always, our top priority.

The composition of the menus strictly follows the seasonality of the raw materials.

Our doughs are made using a studied recipe, through the selection of the best Italian flours mixed with precise percentages to give our pizzas the right crunchiness, lightness, but above all digestibility. Thanks to the exclusive use of sourdough and a high hydration process.

Our mission has always been the research, study, discovery and enhancement of Italian excellence.

This has led us to get to know and establish collaborative relationships with hundreds of small companies that favor quality, tradition and above all food well-being.

For our pizzas we have studied and elaborated a blend of organic flours from Molino Agostini, a splendid reality in the Marche region. One of the fundamental pillars of the project, in which the entire company believes and carries forward, is the supply chain.

In addition to being certified organic, it was the first to obtain the QM (Marche Quality) certification, a guarantee mark recognized by the Region.

Being an artisan company, their aim is to create different flours that stand out for their uniqueness, given above all by the care and attention given to each single step: starting from the selection of local cereals, to the creation of the flour blends, up to to packaging, bringing a high quality product to the market.
